Terms of Use
These terms govern the MVP version of Vibefile and the public pages created with it.
Using the product
Vibefile lets people publish a public taste profile and lets visitors leave public notes on published cards. By using the product, you agree that the pages and comments are public-facing and may be viewed by anyone with the link.
What you cannot do
Do not use Vibefile to harass, impersonate, defame, threaten, exploit minors, post unlawful content, upload content you do not have rights to share, or spam other people’s cards with abusive or promotional notes.
Your content
You are responsible for the photos, text, and public media selections you publish. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant Vibefile the rights needed to host, display, process, and moderate it as part of the product.
Comments and moderation
Guestbook notes are public and may be removed at any time. Vibefile may block abuse, rate limit requests, remove content, or disable pages to protect the product and its users.
No guarantee of permanence
Vibefile is an MVP. Features may change, and public cards or comments may be edited, hidden, or removed as the product evolves or if moderation requires it.
